The application review fee for obtaining a medical activity license is charged in accordance with the procedure established by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 80 dated 14 February 2022.
The Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF–74 dated 5 May 2026 introduced amendments to this Resolution and established new amounts for application review fees.
The application review fee for obtaining a medical activity license is set at 15 times the Basic Calculation Amount (BCA) for each applicant.
When applying for a license covering two or more medical specialties, an additional fee is charged for each second and subsequent medical specialty. The additional fee amounts to 4 BCAs for outpatient and diagnostic specialties and 5 BCAs for inpatient specialties.
When applying for amendments to a license or for the extension of its validity period, 50 percent of the application review fee is payable. In such cases, additional fees of 4 BCAs for outpatient and diagnostic specialties and 5 BCAs for inpatient specialties are also charged for each second and subsequent medical specialty being added or extended.
In the case of license reissuance, 50 percent of the application review fee is payable, while no state duty is charged.
After the application has been reviewed and a decision has been made to issue a license or extend its validity period, a state duty in the amount of 5 BCAs is charged. For amendments to a license, the state duty amounts to 2.5 BCAs.
