According to clause b of section 7 of the Presidential Decree PQ-197 dated June 20, 2023, a state institution for licensing and accreditation in the healthcare system was established.
According to the Decree No. 444 of the Cabinet of Ministers of July 24, 2024, the center for licensing and accreditation of medical institutions under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan was launched.

Center Regulations
Our center's operations are carried out in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, regulatory legal acts in the healthcare sector, as well as the internal regulations and assigned tasks of the Center.
According to the regulations, the Center operates on the basis of the following principles:
- Transparency, openness, and legality;
- Providing high-quality services and methodological assistance to medical organizations; implementing accreditation and licensing standards based on international experience;
- Fighting corruption and avoiding conflicts of interest;
- Supporting continuous development of specialists.
All activities of the Center are carried out in accordance with defined priority areas and the annual work plan.
