– The application is registered
2.Self-assessment
– Payment is made
– The self-assessment results are entered into the medical services quality management information system
3.Document review
– Compliance of the self-assessment results and submitted documents with accreditation standards is reviewed
4.External comprehensive assessment
– Payment is made
– An external comprehensive assessment of the medical organization’s compliance with accreditation standards is conducted by an expert group
5.Commission decision
– The accrediting body approves the decision of the Accreditation Commission on issuing or refusing the accreditation certificate
6.Accreditation categories
– If a decision is made to issue an accreditation certificate, the following categories may be assigned to the medical organization depending on the level of compliance with accreditation standards:
Highest accreditation category – when compliance with standards is at least 95 percent
First accreditation category – when compliance with standards is at least 85 percent
Second accreditation category – when compliance with standards is at least 75 percent
7. Issuance of certificate
– The accreditation certificate is sent electronically through my.gov.uz
– Validity period – 5 years
