As previously reported, the system of National Accreditation of Medical Organizations has been launched in Uzbekistan.
Within this framework, the Center for Licensing and Accreditation of Medical Organizations is carrying out assessments of healthcare institutions based on the National Accreditation Standards.
According to the results of the recent evaluation, the multidisciplinary medical center “Meros International Hospital” in Samarkand has successfully passed the national accreditation process and was recognized as meeting the requirements of the highest qualification category.
In this regard, a National Accreditation Certificate Awarding Ceremony was held at the medical institution. The event was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Health, the Center for Licensing and Accreditation of Medical Organizations, as well as representatives of public and private healthcare institutions.
As part of the event, a guided facility tour of “Meros International Hospital” was also organized.
