The Center for Licensing and Accreditation of Medical Organizations organized a chess and checkers tournament aimed at making employees’ leisure time more meaningful, strengthening a healthy team environment and increasing interest in intellectual sports.
Employees from various structural divisions of the Center took part in the tournament and competed against one another in chess and checkers. During the matches, participants demonstrated their logical thinking, quick decision-making, ability to analyze situations in advance and strategic skills.
Chess and checkers are not only sports, but also intellectual activities that help develop concentration, patience, analytical thinking and sound decision-making skills. In this regard, organizing such tournaments contributes not only to meaningful leisure activities for employees, but also to the further development of skills that are important in their professional work.
The tournament was held in a competitive and friendly atmosphere. During each match, participants competed enthusiastically for victory while maintaining mutual respect and observing the principles of sportsmanship.
The event also helped strengthen teamwork, cohesion and communication among employees. Organizing such sports and intellectual activities outside the daily work process plays an important role in creating a healthy competitive environment within the team and supporting employees’ activity and initiative.
The Center will continue to pay particular attention to organizing various sports and educational activities aimed at promoting healthy lifestyles, meaningful recreation and strengthening team spirit.
