Assessment of Service Areas for a New Clinic: Consulting Conclusions

The Center received another request under its consulting service to assess the feasibility of launching medical activities in the fields of traumatology and traditional medicine at a newly established clinic.

According to the applicant, the building leased for the clinic had previously been used by another medical institution, and the existing infrastructure had been formed in line with its former specialization.

Within the framework of the consulting service, the Center’s experts:
– provided practical recommendations on adapting the premises for traumatology in compliance with current minimum requirements, organizing functional zones, and ensuring the necessary medical equipment;
– analyzed the existing conditions for traditional medicine services and concluded that they meet the minimum requirements, with a high likelihood of launching operations in the near term.

This consulting service enabled the entrepreneur to objectively assess available capacities and properly plan activities in accordance with legal and technical requirements.
